Support Overview:

We specialise in IT Support for business from supporting the end user to remotely administrating your company server. We have seasoned IT professionals with a wealth of experience in resolving issues quickly and efficiently causing your business minimal downtime. We offer three levels of support that give you the flexibility to gain the cover that best fits your business requirements.

The Process:

All support calls are handled the same using our in-house support management system each event is logged with its own ticket each is graded in the level of importance and then assigned to an engineer with the appropriate skill level to complete. The ticket is then updated as the problem is worked on allowing all parties to be kept up to date. Once the ticket has been resolved the issue is then logged into our knowledge database for future reference.

A ticket can be raised via telephone, email or via our website.
