Block support allows you to purchase IT support from EasyPC in advanced at a discount on our standard call-out rates with priority over non-support customers. Each call is logged and a response time is given and the time on-site will be deducted from your pre-purchased time. A single support block includes 10 hours of engineers time which can be used for remote, on-site IT support or technical consolation. Once the issue has been resolved the customer will then be issued with an updated time sheet. If the time remaining is less than 2 hours you will automatically be invoiced for the next support block.
