Once again Norwich appears to be having internet issues across all ADSL providers we have customers on several different ISP complaining of slow speeds and response. At this time all we can suggest is that you contact your ISP’s for an update or visit the ISP’s online status page via your smart phone.
It appears that BT are upgrading and installing new hardware into Norwich’s, we have a suspicion that this heavy maintenance work is probably why we have experienced so many network drops in Jan as well as massively fluctuating ADSL connection speeds.
