- This competition is promoted by EasyPC LTD with registered office at Unit 2 Technology Centre, 40 Vulcan Road South, Norwich, Norfolk, England, NR6 6AF.
- Entrants must be registered businesses (including schools) located within the East Anglia region of England. This region includes the counties of Norfolk, Suffolk, Cambridgeshire, and parts of Essex.
- Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families, its agents, or anyone professionally connected with the promotion are excluded from participating.
- Entrants must be 18 years or older.
- The competition commences on 01/02/2024 and closes at 23:59 GMT on 30/09/2024.
- Entries received outside this time period will not be considered.
- Entry to the competition will be made available at all EasyPC/Avocor related events held in 2024 as well as online.
- The prize is one Avocor AVE-8610 interactive touchscreen with a 5-year manufacturer warranty.
- Prize includes on-site delivery and installation within East Anglia.
- The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and has no cash alternative.
- To enter, businesses/schools within East Anglia must complete an online form.
- Only one entry per business is permitted.
- The winner will be selected randomly from all valid entries.
- The winner will be notified by 01/10/2024 via email.
- If the winner does not respond within 14 days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to select a replacement winner.
- Once the prize is claimed, we will contact the winner to arrange delivery and installation within a 90-day period. If we are unable to deliver and complete installation the Promoter reserves the right to select a replacement winner.
